M2 - Assessment 1: Complete a Bail Application

Instructions

This assessment consists of five (5) parts. You must successfully complete all five parts to be deemed satisfactory in this assessment.

Work through each of the parts sequentially as each task is the next stage of the process of advocating for a client.

All of the tasks relate to the same case study.

Part 1. Download the Case Study Mr Wallace and File Note Template. Carefully read the case study several times so that you are familiar with the situation and then complete the File Note Template.

Part 2. Download and complete the Email to Client Template

Part 3. Download and complete the Application for Grant of Bail Template

Part 4. Download and complete the Email to Solicitor Template

Part 5. Download and complete the Letter to Client Template

• Submit your completed File Note, Application for Grant of Bail, Email to Client, Email to Solicitor and Letter to Client by clicking the Add Submission button. This will take you to the file submissions box where you can drag and drop the documents into the space provided or upload the documents from your computer and click on the Save changes button. 
• This will take you back to the instructions page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Submit Assignment button. 
• Again, this will take you back to the instructions page to confirm your submission. Tick the box to declare that This submission is my own work and click Continue to finalise the submission process.
