Section outline

  • Module 2 includes three assessments, and you must satisfactorily complete all the tasks in order to be deemed satisfactory for this module.

    Assessment 1 is a scenario where you will write the client’s notes, complete an application for bail, email both the client and the solicitor and then write a letter to the client.

    Assessment 2 is role-play in which you will interview a client. After the role-play you will write the client’s notes, answer some written questions, record the sentencing outcome, and write a letter to the client.

    Assessment 3 consists of thirty short answer questions about supporting clients, mental health and drug services, bail applications and court appearances.
