M4 - Assessment 2: Research

Instructions

This assessment consists of four (4) parts. You must successfully complete all the parts to be deemed satisfactory in this assessment.

Work through the parts sequentially as each task is the next stage of the process of advocating for a client.

All of the parts relate to the same case study.

 

Part 1. Download and carefully read the Research Report Instructions. Download and complete the Research Report Template

Part 2. Download and complete the Email to Client Template

Part 3. Download and carefully read the Claimant Application Instructions and use the link to find and complete the Claimant Application Form. Download and complete Email to Solicitor Template

Part 4. Download and complete the Closing Argument Template

·  Submit your completed Research Report Template, Email to Client Template, Claimant Application Form and Email to Solicitor Template and Closing Argument Template by clicking the Add Submission button. This will take you to the file submissions box where you can drag and drop the documents into the space provided or upload the documents from your computer and click on the Save changes button. 

·  This will take you back to the instructions page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Submit Assignment button. 

Again, this will take you back to the instructions page to confirm your submission. Tick the box to declare that This submission is my own work and click Continue to finalise the submission process.
