Assessment 3: Case Study

Instructions

This assessment consists of two (2) parts. You must successfully complete all parts to be deemed satisfactory in this assessment.

Part A is a review and amendment proposal for an existing policy.

Part B is an email notification for the policy amendment proposal

·       Download, and read the Cultural Safety Policy and Case Study Instructions

·       Download and complete the Policy Amendment Proposal template

·      Download and complete the Email Policy Notification template

·      Submit your completed Policy Amendment Proposal template and Email Policy Notification template by clicking the Add Submission button. This will take you to the file submissions box where you can drag and drop the document into the space provided or upload the document from your computer and click on the Save changes button.

·      This will take you back to the instructions page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Submit Assignment button.

·      Again, this will take you back to the instructions page to confirm your submission. Tick the box to declare that This submission is my own work and click Continue to finalise the submission process.
