M4 - Assessment 1: Native Title Claim Roleplay

Instructions

This assessment consists of four (4) parts. You must successfully complete all the parts to be deemed satisfactory in this assessment.

Work through the parts sequentially as each task is the next stage of the process of advocating for a client.

All of the parts relate to the same case study.

 

Part 1. Download and complete the Native Title Fact Sheet Template

Part 2. Download and complete the Email Template

Part 3. Download and carefully read the Roleplay Instructions and Marking & Observable Behaviours Checklist (OBC). Note that the OBC will be completed by your Assessor and has been included here so that you can see the types of behaviour you must demonstrate during the roleplay.

Part 4. Download and complete the File Note Template

· Submit your completed Native Title Fact Sheet Template, the Email to Client Template, and the File Note Template by clicking the Add Submission button. This will take you to the file submissions box where you can drag and drop the documents into the space provided or upload the documents from your computer and click on the Save changes button. 

· This will take you back to the instructions page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Submit Assignment button. 

Again, this will take you back to the instructions page to confirm your submission. Tick the box to declare that This submission is my own work and click Continue to finalise the submission process.
