M3 - Assessment 1: Research

This assessment consists of two (2) parts. You must successfully complete both parts to be deemed satisfactory in this assessment.

Work through the parts sequentially as each task is the next stage of the process of advocating for a client.

Both parts relate to the same case study.

Part 1. Download the Mr Smith Case Study and Research Template. Carefully read the case study several times so that you are familiar with the situation, undertake research and then complete the Research Template.

Part 2. Download and complete the Letter to Client Template.

· Submit your completed Research Template and Letter to Client by clicking the Add Submission button. This will take you to the file submissions box where you can drag and drop the documents into the space provided or upload the documents from your computer and click on the Save changes button. 

· This will take you back to the instructions page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Submit Assignment button. 

· Again, this will take you back to the instructions page to confirm your submission. Tick the box to declare that This submission is my own work and click Continue to finalise the submission process.
