M1 - Assessment 4: Identity and Community

This assessment consists of two parts, A & B.  

Part A:  

• Download and complete the five questions in Identity and Community Questions 

• Type your responses directly into the textbox provided with each question, ensuring all parts of the question have been answered. Dot point answers are acceptable. 

• A guide to the approximate length of your response is provided with each question.   

• You must keep a copy of your completed Identity and Community Questions to bring to the Assessment Discussion in Part B. 

Part B: 

• This part of the assessment will take place in a Microsoft Teams meeting. You will be invited to nominate a timeslot to attend this practical assessment. 

• You will discuss your responses to the Identity and Community Questions in Part A with your fellow students and your Assessor. 

• Download the Observable Behaviours Checklist. You will be assessed according to the listed criteria during the Assessment Discussion. 

• During the roleplay, your assessor will complete the Observable Behaviours Checklist. This will be uploaded to your file on completion of the Assessment Discussion. 

• Bring your completed Identity and Community Questions for reference during the Assessment Discussion. 

• You must satisfactorily complete all parts of all the questions in order to be deemed satisfactory in this assessment.
