M1 - Assessment 3: Facilitate a Meeting
Instructions
This assessment consists of four (4) parts. You must successfully complete all four parts to be deemed satisfactory in this assessment.
Work through each of the parts sequentially as each task is the next stage of the process of facilitating a meeting.
All of the tasks relate to the same Facilitate a Meeting Case Study.
Part 1. Download and read the Case Study - Facilitate a Meeting, the Role-Play 2 Instructions, and the Agenda & Meeting Notice Email.
Part 2. Download the XYZ Legal Communications Policy, the Communication Feedback Form and the Marking & Observable Behaviours Checklist Role-Play 2 (OBC). Note that the OBC will be completed by your Assessor and has been included here so that you can see the types of behaviour you must demonstrate during the role-play.
Part 3. Download the Minutes template.
Part 4. Download the Self-Reflection template.
Submit your completed Agenda & Meeting Notice Email, Communication Feedback Form, Minutes and Self-Reflection by clicking the Add Submission button. This will take you to the file submissions box where you can drag and drop the documents into the space provided or upload the documents from your computer and click on the Save changes button.
This will take you back to the instructions page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Submit Assignment button.
Again, this will take you back to the instructions page to confirm your submission. Tick the box to declare that This submission is my own work and click Continue to finalise the submission process.
