M4 - Assessment 2: Role Play

Instructions

This assessment consists of a role play which will take place in a Microsoft Teams meeting. You will be invited to nominate a timeslot to attend this practical assessment.

During this live assessment you will work with your Assessor and fellow students to role play a community meeting on conflict management and complete templates to document the process.

You must successfully complete all parts to be deemed satisfactory in this assessment.

·      Download and read the following documents before the role play:

·     Role Play Instructions

·      Meeting Agenda

·      Bilbila Constitution

·      Bilbila Policies, Procedures and Programs

·      Customer Management System template

·      Meeting Outcomes Email template

·      Observable Behaviours Checklist

·      You will be assessed according to the listed criteria in the Observable Behaviours Checklist during the role play.

·      Complete the Customer Management System template during the role play.

·      Complete the Email Notification template after the role play.

·      Submit your completed Customer Management System template and Email Notification template by clicking the Add Submission button.

·      This will take you to the file submissions box where you can drag and drop the documents into the space provided or upload the documents from your computer and click on the Save changes button. 

·      This will take you back to the instructions page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Submit Assignment button. Again, this will take you back to the instructions page to confirm your submission. Tick the box to declare that This submission is my own work and click Continue to finalise the submission process.
