M1 Assessment 3: Board Meeting Role Play 1

Instructions

This role play will take place in a Microsoft Teams meeting. You will be invited to nominate a timeslot to attend this practical assessment.

During this live assessment you will role play a board meeting with your Assessor and fellow students.

• Download the following documents and refer to them during the role play:
• Bilbila Policies, Procedures and Programs
• August Meeting Agenda
• July Meeting Minutes
• Read to Succeed Funding Agreement
• Read to Succeed Outcomes Report

• Download the Meeting Minutes 1 and complete it during the meeting role play
• Download the Observable Behaviours Checklist. You will be assessed according to the listed criteria during the role play.
• During the role play, your assessor will complete the Observable Behaviours Checklist. This will be uploaded to your file on completion of the role play.

·       Submit your completed Meeting Minutes 1 by clicking the Add Submission button. This will take you to the file submissions box where you can drag and drop the document into the space provided or upload the document from your computer and click on the Save changes button.

·       This will take you back to the instructions page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Submit Assignment button.

·       Again, this will take you back to the instructions page to confirm your submission. Tick the box to declare that This submission is my own work and click Continue to finalise the submission process.
